Always Ask for a Discount

Pin It now! i bought envelopes from crane & co., and asked if they give discounts for rockefeller group tenants (i work in the mcgraw hill building). at first she said no, but then she gave me a 10% discount. love it!! i'm all about not paying full price for anything. wherever you are, try to get a discount - ask if they give corporate discounts for employees of your company or for employees of your building. if you're a student, most of the times, they'll be student discounts. you could just plain out ask for one for no reason - just say you're getting married and planning a wedding. most of the time it works. the worst that could happen is you pay full price.
