Labor Day Food Crawl

Pin It now! hubby organized a west to east village food tour again today and the regulars showed up with us to eat our hearts out.  some places on the old list have since closed (new york hotdog & coffee, beard papa's by union square) and we new places were added to the list.  the guys even played with the house dog while a couple ladies took a detour at down under bakery pies (aka australian meat pies!)

it was  fabulous way to celebrate the unofficial end of summer.  along our trek, we discovered that throughout the city, there are random places that fruit grow.  there was peach tree in sheridan square and grape vines growing up a building on east 9.  totally amazed me.
