hubby got free tickets to the us open and since he's not a big tennis fan, i took my dad instead. when we were growing up, my dad would play tennis with the "nj uncles" every sunday. i knew he would be the one who would love to go. plus, when it comes to his kids, the littlest things make him happy so i loved that i could take my dad out.
we had burgers and beers in the food pavillion. i guess just like my dad, it's the little things that make me happy. it was a beautiful night and sitting outside having a burger and beer and watching tennis with my dad was the best.
we were interrupted during the men's match with crazy people fighting. only in ny (lots of cursing!)
